Mason Kane and Nadia Sinh, elite operatives of the independent spy organization Citadel, find themselves against a sinister new syndicate called Manticore, resulting in disaster. Fast forward eight years, and Mason, now living under the name "Kyle Conroy," has completely erased memories of his former life. Everything changes when a former colleague reaches out, seeking his assistance to thwart the now-dominant Manticore's plans for establishing a new world order.
